| dc.description.abstract | This study performs a bibliometric analysis of foundational principles and interventions in Industry 4.0 to foster organizational connectivity. Using the Scopus database, 713 publications from 1973 to 2023 were analyzed, transferring data into CSV format for processing with tools such as Bibliometrix and VOSviewer to create semantic and co-authorship networks. The analysis highlights a significant rise in organizational behavior research, demonstrating the academic and professional community’s growing interest in understanding and addressing organizational dynamics. The historical trajectory shows minimal growth from 1973 to 2002, followed by accelerated research activity from 2002 onward. These findings underscore the evolving nature of organizational behavior studies, emphasizing their relevance in contemporary industrial contexts. | es_CL |
